Rasa Garba, MA, LBS is the Director of Compliance. She graduated from Lebanon Valley College with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and from Long Island University-Brooklyn with a master’s degree in Psychology. She then became a Licensed Behavior Specialist.

She began her career in human services by interning as a therapy assistant in the Behavior Therapy Lab at the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and working as a direct care professional with individuals with disabilities. She progressed from direct care positions to management positions in the human service field. She held positions such as pre-vocational counselor, group home supervisor, Quality Assurance Assistant, Behavior Intervention Specialist/Consultant, and Supports Coordinator.
