NICHOLAS V. JOHNSON, MHS, LBS is President and CEO of TEM Care Behavioral Health. He graduated from Albright College with a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Behavior/Applied Psychology and Lincoln University with a master’s degree in Human Services. He then became a Licensed Behavior Specialist.

He was employed at GPU Energy Inc., an electric utility company, for more than nineteen years, progressing from union leadership positions to management positions in Labor Relations and Human Resources. For more than seven years, he worked as a Consultant at Progressions Behavioral Health Services, a behavioral/mental health services company where he progressed from a TSS, Mobile Therapist to a School-based Outpatient Therapist.

Mr. Johnson has designed, developed and delivered inclusion learning strategies for over ten years for financial institutions, manufacturing companies, hospitals, universities, colleges, high schools, profit and non-profit organizations.

He has provided guidance for employee relations, performance issues, coaching to groups and individuals, and therapeutic support for mental and behavioral health issues.
