Meka C. McCoy, MHS is the Director of Intellectual Disabilities and Autism . She graduated from Lincoln University of PA with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and master’s degree in Human Services. She is a Certified Investigator by ODP Incident Management. She is able to provide all levels of service within the waiver program: Community Support, Skillbuliding, Employment Services, and Behavioral Support.

She was employed by Progressions Behavioral Health services as a School-Based Therapist for ten years. She sought to build healthy relationships with her clients using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Based Therapy.
