Meka McCoy

Biography

Meka C. McCoy, MHS, serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO), previously holding the position of Director of Intellectual Disabilities and Autism. She earned both her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and her Master of Human Services from Lincoln University.

Meka provides executive leadership and oversight of daily operations across all service lines. She is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining fidelity to Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) standards, strengthening quality assurance practices, and supervising regional leadership. She collaborates closely with executive leadership to enhance operational efficiency, drive program development, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services throughout the organization.

Meka is a Licensed Behavioral Specialist (LBS) and a Certified Investigator through ODP. She is qualified to oversee and support all levels of service delivery within the ID/A waiver programs, including Community Support, Skill Building, Employment Services, and Behavioral Support, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.

Prior to her current role, Meka dedicated ten years as a School-Based Therapist, where she cultivated strong therapeutic relationships and implemented evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Her combined clinical expertise and executive leadership continue to strengthen operational excellence and organizational performance.
