Mr. Negron is a graduate of Saint Peter’s College with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a graduate of Marywood University with a master’s degree in Social Work. Mr. Negron has worked as a TSS Worker, Outpatient Therapist, Mobile Therapist, Clinical Supervisor and a Behavior Specialist Consultant with Progressions Behavioral Health Services, Inc.

Mr. Negron, as a youth motivational speaker and facilitator, provides keynote presentations and conducts youth motivational camps and programs to thousands of youths across the country. His main focuses are on youth leadership, empowerment, education and team building through CoolSpeak: The Youth Engagement Company. In 2007, Mr. Negron wrote his first book titled One Zero Nine and then completed a school-based version of One Zero Nine in 2014. Mr. Negron utilizes strength based approach interventions to help today’s youth and adults.
