Katie Lynn Malone is a dedicated human services professional with more than eighteen years of experience supporting individuals and families across her community. She earned her Associate’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies, followed by a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and later completed a certification in the Occupational Therapy Assistance Program at The Pennsylvania State University.

Katie began her career with Child Development Inc., where she taught Pre-K in Schuylkill County. She then advanced into the role of Behavioral Interventionist with IU 29 in Marlin, PA, strengthening her skills in behavior support and individualized intervention. Over the years, she expanded her impact by supervising peer specialists and providing guidance to individuals navigating mental health challenges.

Her commitment to community service also led her to Schuylkill United Way, where she spent more than eight years building relationships, supporting local programs, and gaining invaluable nonprofit leadership experience.

In addition to her professional work, Katie has spent over nineteen years coaching softball and volleyball at both the high school and collegiate levels, guiding her teams to regional and state championships. Her dedication to mentoring young athletes reflects her passion for growth, teamwork, and resilience.

Beyond her career, Katie is deeply connected to the outdoors, her friends, and her family, who continue to inspire her personally and professionally.

In her current role as Senior Regional Supervisor at TEM Care Behavioral Health, Katie is committed to serving and supporting individuals in their daily lives. She leads and empowers her team across Schuylkill and Carbon Counties, fostering growth, development, and high-quality care for the individuals they serve.
